Rule #1: Forget About the Money… and the Money Will Come

If your only focus is making money, you’re already set up to fail.

Money is the by-product of solving real problems.

The moment I stopped obsessing over commissions and started focusing on serving people, everything changed.

👉 Instead of chasing cash, chase impact.
👉 Instead of trying to “sell,” focus on solving problems.

Do that, and the money will follow you.

Rule #2: Always Deliver More Than You Promised

First impressions make or break your business.

🚀 If you say it’ll be delivered in five days, get it there in three.
🚀 If you say your team will help, go above and beyond.
🚀 If you promise value, over-deliver like crazy.

Customer trust is your most valuable asset. Lose it, and you’re done. Keep it, and they’ll follow you for life.

Rule #3: Be 100% Authentic—People Can Smell Fake a Mile Away

In today’s world, trust is currency.

I’ve been told time and time again:
“Mike, you’re the same person online as you are in real life.”

Some people love my personality. Others? Not so much.

And that’s perfectly okay.

Rule #4: Deliver 10X More Value Than What You Charge

If someone buys from you and thinks they got MORE than what they paid for…
They’ll buy again.

If they feel ripped off?
They’re gone for good.

Every offer, every training, every system—ask yourself:
“How can I make this feel like the BEST deal they’ve ever gotten?”

Rule #5: Never Make a Decision Based on Money Alone

You’ll get plenty of opportunities to promote products that offer big commissions…
Even if they kinda suck.

Your integrity is worth more than a quick payday.

Build trust first, and you’ll never have to chase money again.

Rule #6: Pick a Business… and STICK WITH IT

I’ve built multiple businesses. Some hit $25MM+ in revenue.

But guess what?

The biggest mistake I see network marketers make?
Jumping from opportunity to opportunity—never planting roots.

Rule #7: When You Screw Up, Own It.

We’re all human. Mistakes happen.

But you know what earns INSANE loyalty?

✅ Admitting when you’re wrong.
✅ Apologizing when you drop the ball.
✅ Making it right—no excuses.

Transparency builds trust.
Trust builds lifelong customers.

Rule #8: Treat Your Customers Like VIPs

Ever tried calling a company for support, only to get the runaround?

How did that make you feel? Exactly.

Now flip it: What if YOUR business was known for the best customer experience ever?

🚀 Treat every customer like a VIP—because they ARE.

Rule #9: Never Argue With a Customer

It’s not your job to fight them.

If someone is toxic, refund them and move on. Period.

Rule #12: Never Burn Bridges Over Money

I’ve seen partnerships implode over money disputes.

Here’s the truth:

🚀 Reputation isn’t.

Always take the high road. Give people the benefit of the doubt. You’ll always come out ahead.

Rule #13: Stand Up for Yourself

Success makes you a target.

The bigger you get, the more haters will crawl out of the woodwork.

🚀 Some just want attention.
🚀 Some want to tear you down.

Here’s how to handle them:

1️⃣ Try to resolve things calmly and professionally.
2️⃣ If they just want to fight, don’t engage.
3️⃣ If they’re attacking your reputation, protect it at all costs.

Sometimes, you’ll need to cut toxic people out.
Sometimes, you’ll need to take legal action.

But never let anyone bully you out of your own success.

Rule #14: Thank Your Mentors

No one succeeds alone.

The fastest way to build relationships with high-level people?
